Attorney General Loretta Lynch reaffirmed that the FBI's probe into Hillary Clinton's use of a private email server while Secretary of State is free of outside political influence. Top Republicans are questioning whether the Attorney General can be a neutral arbiter. Senator John Cornyn has called for a special prosecutor to be appointed because of the potential conflict of interest.
