Governor Tom Wolf and Pittsburgh area officials want Pennsylvania regulators to greatly reduce their $11.4 million fine against ride-sharing company Uber. The Public Utility Commission which also regulates buses and taxis fined the company last month for operating six months in 2014 without a license.
