A Vision for STEM Education Conference

The goal of this free conference is to bring education, business, industry and government leaders together for a day to share best practices for STEM education through keynote speakers, workshops and networking. Pittsburgh is one of six cities selected to receive funds and technical assistance from the national Green Lanes Project to create five miles of protected bike lanes. These lanes would place curbs, planters, and posts to separate traffic from the bike lanes. This is being done to encourage more people to ride their bikes in the city.
