In December Pittsburgh City Council voted to establish a dedicated trust fund for affordable housing, with a goal of raising $10 million a year. Intended to supplement federal investments, the Mayor suggests financing the trust fund with an increased deed transfer tax on large commercial sales exempting homeowners. The Realtors Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh opposes the tax increase calling it unjust targeting a limited number of real estate consumers and violates the uniformity clause of the state constitution.
Would you be in favor of MLB having a :20 pitch clock to shorten the games?
