The bill brings casino-style gambling and the Pennsylvania Lottery to online players while authorizing tablet gaming at eight airports, including Pittsburgh International Airport. The proposed expansion could generate up to $146 million in tax revenue the next fiscal year, as the state faces a half-billion-dollar shortfall this year and at least a $2 billion deficit next year.
