Pittsburgh businesses would be required to offer their employees paid sick days under a proposal introduced in city council this week. City councilman Corey O'Connor says it's a public health issue with too many employees going to work when they're sick because they can't afford to miss work. Workers could earn one hour sick leave for every 40 hours worked up to a 72 hour cap.
